Jonathan Whooper, the man accused of stalking Rihanna, and claiming to be her “future husband,” must continue to stay away from her for the next 2 years.
Whooper was arrested earlier this month for multiple trespasses at the home Rihanna was renting in Pacific Palisades. A security guard at the home says Whooper claimed he was going to marry the singer.
A judge in L.A. just granted Rihanna a permanent restraining order against Whooper — he’s now prohibited from coming within 100 yards of her. A temporary restraining order was already in place.
Next up for Whooper — a mental competency hearing to determine if he’s fit to stand trial for felony attempted burglary, vandalism, and stalking.
Chris Brown will spend up to 3 months in a Malibu rehab joint for his anger problems.
There has been no firm decision on the precise length of time Brown will stay, but everyone in Brown’s camp, including Brown himself, is open to as much as 3 months.
One source say, “The rehab facility has been told to take him [Brown] apart and put him back together.”
Brown is specifically getting treatment for his anger problem, which manifested itself last weekend when he was arrested for allegedly punching a guy in the face.
Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, knows it’s very likely the judge in the Rihanna case will revoke Brown’s probation, which could put him behind prison bars for up to 4 years. The rehab move is an act of good faith, showing Brown is dealing with his problems.
Hope he gets the help that he needs.
Looks like its love in the air because another one of our favorite couples just got engaged!
Future surprised the Grammy-winner with a 15-carat diamond ring over the weekend, their publicist, Chris Chambers, told The Associated Press on Sunday night. She was already celebrating her 28th birthday in New York when he proposed.
Future and Ciara have been dating for a year. No wedding date has been set.
I guess their tattoos of each other’s initials wasn’t for nothing. Congrats Ciara and Future
Madonna sold her MASSIVE Beverly Hills estate– the one she bought when she was married to Guy Ritchie, well she also pocketed 8 million dollars in the process.
Madge listed the property back in January for $22.5 mil, and 10 months later, real estate guru Kurt Rappaport closed the deal for $20 mil. Thats a great deal, considering she bought the place in 2003 for $12 mil.
The mystery buyer who scooped up the pad is allegedly a Wall Street big shot and clearly a fan of lavish and privacy. The 17,000 square foot property is incredibly secluded, with a 500 foot tree-lined driveway and massive trees covering the perimeter of the estate.
The home has 15 bathrooms, 9 bedrooms, a 2-story dining room, pool, movie theater tennis court and a gym.
Well, Madge is on the hunt for a smaller place in L.A. but remember she’s still have ENORMOUS properties in London and New York.
Lady Gaga was spotted out recently in Berlin wearing what seems to look like furry head contraption. Whatever it is, we couldn’t see the Applause singer’s Poker Face.
Lady Gaga’s album PopArt is released November 6, 2013.
Bianca Cambeiro filed the lawsuit against Alanis Morissette and her husband Mario Treadway, claiming the couple employed her from August 2011 to March 2013, and she worked a 12-hour night shift looking after their newborn son.
According to Bianca’s lawsuit, Alanis effectively held her hostage inside their baby’s bedroom while he slept, ordering her not to leave under any circumstances– not even for a break to eat.
Bianca was only allowed relief if one of the child’s parents was in the bedroom or if the day-shift nanny replaced her. That’s it.
Bianca says she was denied more than $30,000 in unpaid overtime and other wages. But she’s suing for $100,000 on top of that, claiming she also suffered emotional distress.
“You, You, YOU OUGHTA KNOOOW!!”
Well Michael Jordan has just been sued by another woman claiming he’s the father of her baby, but just like last time, MJ says she’s a fame whore liar out for his MONEY.
Laquetta Theus filed the paternity suit in Georgia, claiming she gave birth to Juyana Rachelle Henderson in August 2010 and she’s out for child support. She even wrote on her Facebook profile, “Michael Jordan, when are you going to support your 2-year-old daughter? You drop 10 million on your nice wedding … that was nice but don’t you think it time that you support your daughter?”
Laquetta’s lawsuit is pretty much a carbon copy of a suit that was filed against Jordan earlier this year by Pamela Smith, that was tossed.
As for Laquetta, Jordan filed legal documents claiming her kid’s paternity has already been established resulting in some other guy being the baby daddy.
