It’s another sad day for Toni Braxton, not only has she filed for bankruptcy twice, she has now lost ownership to her songs.
The singer struck a deal in her bankruptcy case, in which Toni could buy back 27 songs from her music catalog for $20k with the possibilty that she could be outbid.
A guy named Ross M. Klein doubled Toni’s price and nabbed the tunes.
Among the 27 songs are a few hits, including “You’re Making Me High”, “How Many Ways” and “Always.”
Toni has sold over 66 million copies worldwide. It sucks to lose the rights to your own music!
